We The Sarada Vilas College here after referred as MFGC and Software Solutions Integrated Limited, hereafter refer to as SSi, under take to establish a symbiotic relationship in the field of Software Training with emphasis on the following:

1. It is agreed that Sarada Vilas College will allow the use of its Browsing Centre and Audio Visual Centre 2 for SSi to conduct training programmes. SSi agrees to use the said premises during scheduled timing, which are 07.30a.m to 9.30 a.m and 4.30 p.m to 7.30 p.m.

2. Sarada Vilas College will provide the computer systems of the Browsing Centre, the use of Audio Visual equipments for its teaching aids during the scheduled period, SSi will appoint support staff for teaching, install software as applicable from time to time

3. SSi alone will be vested with the process of admission of student's, issue of courseware, marketing issue of publicity pamphlets, advertisements and notices, concerning its course.

4. SSi shall conduct necessary workshops/seminars on advanced technologies
(Java, .Net, Software Testing, Oracle, personality development and any other emerging technology)

5. SSi offers to train the staff members of Sarada Vilas College in up gradation programmes of knowledge skills. Upon approaching the management of SSi and consent of the principle, Sarada vilas college.

6. The term of Memorandum of Understanding shall come into effect from.29/06/06 and will be for a period of Two Years ending on 29/06/08 further renewals will be by mutual consent.
